Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Portable Multi-Gas Analyzer (Automatic Monitoring System –
AMS) with Compact & Portable Sampling/Conditioning System for Flue Gases

MSC has been awarded the project for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of seven (07) Portable Multi-Gas Analyzer – Automatic Monitoring Systems (AMS) for the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab.

The systems are intended for deployment at seven Environmental Complexes across Punjab to strengthen the Department's capability for industrial stack and flue-gas emission monitoring.

Each system comprises a HORIBA PG-350E Portable Multi-Gas Analyzer with a complete compact and portable sampling and gas-conditioning system, enabling simultaneous measurement of key flue-gas parameters:

• NOx – Nitrogen Oxides
• SO₂ – Sulfur Dioxide
• CO – Carbon Monoxide
• CO₂ – Carbon Dioxide
• O₂ – Oxygen

The complete solution includes the required flue-gas sampling probe, heated sample line, gas conditioning/cooling arrangement, calibration system and associated accessories, providing a complete portable setup for accurate on-site industrial emission monitoring.
